1. Services Provided
My1Hour offers personalized at-home fitness, yoga, and nutrition coaching services including but not limited to:
- Strength Training Sessions
- Yoga Sessions (group & individual)
- Nutrition Consultations (online & offline)
- Wellness Events & Workshops
Services may be provided in-person (at your home or society premises) or online (via platforms such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, or similar).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to avail services independently.
- Children and minors (under 18) may use services only under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in physical activities.
3. Health Disclaimer
- My1Hour provides fitness, yoga, and nutrition coaching by qualified experts, but it is not a substitute for medical advice.
- Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, injuries, pregnancy).
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in sessions. My1Hour will not be liable for any injuries, health issues, or medical complications arising from services.
4. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or through our coordinators.
- Payments must be completed before the start of services.
- Subscription or package fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service cancellation by My1Hour.
- Sessions must be utilized within the validity period of the chosen package. Unused sessions will not be carried forward.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) will result in the session being counted as completed.
- If My1Hour cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Code of Conduct
By availing our services, you agree to:
- Treat trainers, instructors, and staff with respect.
- Ensure a safe and suitable environment at home for at-home sessions.
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute any session content without prior permission.
My1Hour reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior or breaches these terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
